Member: Circle Leadership Team. Handled Postpaid Business for Rajasthan Circle. Key assignment was postpaid customer acquisitions and revenue delivery.

2009 – 2014 : Tata Teleservices Ltd.

Member: Circle Leadership Team. Handled Customer Service Delivery for Rajasthan. Key assignment Prepaid and Postpaid Customer Life Cycle Management for both CDMA and GSM Customers, Customer Acquisition and Regulatory, Collections, Postpaid and prepaid Retentions and Revenue through a team large team of employees and outsourced channels across the state.

2004 – 2009 : Reliance Communications Ltd

Member: Circle Leadership team. Handled Customer Service Delivery Rajasthan. Prepaid and Postpaid Customer Life Cycle Management, Retail Service Delivery, Collections and Retentions. Fostered Customer Service culture in Reliance.

2003 – 2004 : Escotel Mobile – now Idea Cellular Limited

Member: Corporate Leadership team. Handled Customer Service Delivery for 3 states. Key assignment was Call Center Service & Field Service Delivery, Prepaid and Postpaid Customer Life Cycle Management and revenue enhancement. Launched

2001 – 2003 : Shyam Telelink which partnered later partnered with Sistema to launch MTS
