𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝟐 when the British government found it difficult to determine which group of candidates were best suited for military service.

In turn, the British Army used them as a way of identifying and improving the greatest war asset – the individual soldier.

I’m a big believer in using assessment centers for leadership development, identifying high potential, promotion, and succession planning.
